I never thought I would be excited about a heating and air unit. From the moment Bob evaluated my needs to the exceptional service from the technicians, John and Tim, I was delighted with their profesionalism. I never felt pressured but always felt as though they cared about me, the customer. I compared several other companies and I am so glad the I selected Casteel. Most on-site repair personnel, regardless of the industry, seem to be racing against the clock. Their efforts often appear to be time oriented versus making the proper repairs. While Donald never wasted a moment of time, it was always evident that his concern was in fixing the problem once and for all

From the first meeting with Casteel to giving me an estimate on replacing my HVAC system, every step of the way has been a truly pleasant experience. The team doing the installation was wonderful. They were very courteous and professional. They even helped me sweep out my sun porch and move the furniture back in

It is truly rare to find an organization (in any trade or industry) such as Casteel, who live by their word and place a premium on not just the almighty dollar, but actually helping people in the process. Your success is no surprise to me. I've dealt with literally hundreds of contractors over the years and have never had an experience such as this one.

Rather than just replacing my furnaces, your team performed a thorough analysis on our overall system using your new state of the art equipment. The analysis included tests for many things that were above and beyond just furnace replacement. I very much appreciate your team and this comprehensive approach to our HVAC system. Many other vendors just wanted to sell us a new furnace. I also appreciate your integrity during the process and explaining what the problems were in a language I can understand. Thank you for putting high caliber technicians on the job.

Once we decided on the specific features we wanted, your installers were in our home the very next day to install the new units. Both gentlemen were very courteous, showing great respect for our needs. They reviewed each step of the process with us, and carried out the work with a minimum of interruption to us

Your company was the ONLY company of the competing bidders to follow up after the estimate. You have followed up with me twice after the job was completed to make sure all was right. You took three days to do the job right; you did not cut corners to get it done in a day or two. Everything you said you would do, you did.
