Welcome to Casteel Sean O’Hara!
A note from Casteel’s newest plumbing tech, the talented Sean O’Hara!
I started my career in plumbing on the commercial side. While I enjoyed it, it lacked “one on one” with the customer. With the economy down I figured it would be the perfect time to make the change and jump in to the service side. The problem was negative stigma that sometimes comes with the service side. I didn’t want to work for a company that took advantage of people or where the customer was just another number. One thing that is lost in the service industry today is companies striving for repeat business. Upon walking in to Casteel for my first interview, I was floored with how friendly everyone was. I felt like I had worked there for years. John White stressed to me the commitment Casteel has in making sure that every customer is taken amazing care of. One week later I came in for my second interview with Mr. Hillis. Again the same importance on customer service was stressed as well as making sure they were hiring a qualified plumber and not somebody that just learned how to use a wrench. I was very excited to hear that Casteel had decided to add me to the team. I am in awe of the professionalism of the entire staff. I look forward to coming to your house and turning what could be a terrible day with plumbing issues, and making it a bright day by how well we have taken care of you.
